2 c. flour
2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 c. boiling water
Mix dry ingredients, then add eggs ilk, oil and vanilla. Beat together for 2 minutes at medium speed. Add the boiling water and mix again. Pour into 9x13 inch pan, or two round layer pans. Bake at 350 F for 50-60 minutes.
